We are delighted to announce that the final total for Remembering Rebecca Annual Ball 2018 is a whopping £33,415.
This money includes the bonus …balls running up to the Ball and donations from Smithfield and Timber and 2 other local businesses and match funding from barclays.
This amount has surpassed all of our expectations and from the bottom of my heart ❤️ I thank each and every one of you who attended and or supported us in the run up to the Ball with the bonus balls and donations of chocolates and bottles for the evening. Just shows how much a little girl has inspired others.
Had many messages today of people saying how much they had loved the Ball and asking for next years details . So here goes ……Next year the Ball is on Saturday 19 th October – those who attended this year will be guaranteed their places and then we will aim to fit anyone else that would like to attend and didn’t this year.
A huge thank you to Simon Ereira, Simon Carter, Andy Larmouth, Paul Harrow and Funk Collective for entertaining our guests and to Charlotte Sands for all her hard work and Mikey for being too cute and the best drummer of the night. To my amazing hubby who puts up with a stress head wife Mick Sands. And lastly to my fab trustees who along with us are determined to help others and keep Rebecca’s memory alive.
